Executive Chef and 2015 MasterChef champion Simon Wood has released his first book entitled ‘At Home With Simon Wood - Fine Dining Made Simple’.
In his debut cook book, Simon shares the recipes, tips and tricks that led to him being crowned the MasterChef champion in 2015.
The book offers up a variety of dishes, with everything from how to make the perfect pasta to simply stunning salads, non-gluten meals, a few signature meat dishes, seafood specialities and handful of delicious desserts to finish it all off.
With Simon’s easy to use advice on how to take your home cooking to the next level, including simple additions that make all the difference and guidelines on how to perfect the art of plating, you’ll be cooking like a master chef in no time.
