Ben Toner will be the man in charge of Saturday’s Sky Bet League One clash between Latics and Walsall.
In his 25 games in charge this season, Toner has handed out 90 yellow cards and four reds.
Toner last officiated Latics in the 1-0 defeat to Bradford City in John Sheridan’s first game back as manager in January, notably sending off Connor Brown in the first half.
Paul Thompson and Duncan Street will assist the referee whilst Barry Cropp will be Saturday’s fourth official.
