Oldham Athletic season ticket holder John Stigwood, aka Stiggy, has raised over £500 for Dr Kershaw’s Hospice after completing his rowing challenge.
It took the 53-year-old truck driver three hours and 10 minutes to row 22 miles at Rhino’s Gym in Oldham on Sunday.John said: “The challenge was a lot harder than I expected it to be but I just want to say a massive thank you to all supporters for donating to a fantastic charity.”
