Lee Turnbull has officially signed his contract and has become the club’s new Head of Recruitment.
Lee is responsible for working with the manager, bringing players to the club and concluding signings as well as looking at oppositions strengths and weaknesses before games with analyst Tom Hart.
Speaking about his official appointment, he said: "I’m absolutely delighted to join the club. It’s a football club with great tradition and it’s very forward thinking and ambitious and that’s what attracted me here.
"I think with people of Sean O’Driscoll’s calibre and a very enthusiastic new manager in Steve Robinson, with a very able assistant in Ian Baraclough, along with Carlo Nash goalkeeper coach and Tom Hart the analyst, it’s a challenge I’m looking forward to.
"It’s all about working as part of a team. I have done most jobs in football from being a player and 30 years later I’m still involved in the game I love.
“It’s my passion and in whatever way I can help, I’m always here to lend a hand.”
Welcome to the club, Lee!
