Oldham Athletic have agreed terms with Carl Winchester to remain with the club next season.
The Northern Irishman, who won the club’s Player of the Season award in 2015, played 34 times last season, scoring one goal.That goal came against Shrewsbury Town in January as he netted from 25 yards to seal a valuable win.
Winchester is the club’s longest serving player having joined the club aged 16 and has made 125 games for the club so far, scoring seven goals.
