This April our Executive Chef, and MasterChef 2015 winner Simon Wood, is launching his first book, ‘At Home with Simon Wood: Fine Dining Made Simple’.
To celebrate the book’s launch we are offering guests the chance to attend an evening at the Oldham Event Centre to sample some of Simon’s dishes and hear about the inspiration behind some of the recipes from the man himself.
Our ‘At Home with Simon Wood’ night will take place on Friday, April 15 and consist of a sparkling drinks reception on arrival, a stunning five course menu featuring a selection of dishes from the book which will be personally prepared and cooked by Simon and his team, and a live compered question and answer with Simon at the end of the evening.
Guests will also have the opportunity to purchase the book on the night and have their copies signed by Simon.
