Community Activities For Today’s Game Against AFC Wimbledon

12 November 2016

We have plenty of community activities happening at the club today in the build up to the game against AFC Wimbledon this afternoon.

Family and Community Stand
In our Family and Community stand for this afternoon’s game we have regular activities happening such as table football, jenga, arts and crafts.
We are also working in partnership with Oldham Library to increase reading levels amongst children and today we welcome them into the Family & Community section to read to our junior supporters.
In addition to the above we also have our usual competitions running for supporters to participate in such as guess the attendance, man of the match, guess the goalscorer and you can also vote for your player of the month.
Matchday Club
There is availability for the popular JD Williams Matchday Club who watch the game from the Family & Community section.

Don’t forget that for this season the matchday club is completely free of charge. For more information or to book, please contact
Team of the Week
Within the Family & Community section today you will also see the JD Williams team of the week who this week are participants from the two over 50 sessions Oldham Athletic Community Trust run in partnership with OCL. They`ll be on the pitch at half-time playing in a 5-a-side game so give them a cheer.
Bench Buddy
As you can see below for the previous fixture against Doncaster Rovers we invited young fans from both teams to be a bench buddy for the game.
This afternoon’s bench buddy is Noah Small. We hope you enjoy the afternoon Noah.
Future Fans
For today’s fixture, we are expecting a vibrant atmosphere within the Family & Community stand with the community trust distributing 300 tickets to various primary school across the borough for this game.

Whether you are a new fan or a regular to Oldham Athletic we would like to the family stand, we hope you have an enjoyable afternoon.
