George Edmundson was the hero for Alfreton Town on Saturday as he netted two late goals to secure a draw in their game against Chorley Town.
The central defender headed home two late goals to seal a point for his loan side where both he and Kallum Mantack played the full game.It was frustration for Jamie Stott’s Curzon Ashton side as they fell to a 1-2 home defeat against Gainsborough Trinity.
The defender played the full 90 minutes but was unable to prevent his side from surrendering the lead on Saturday.
Danny Byrnes also played the full game as his Ossett Albion side drew 1-1 against league leaders Brighouse Town.
Lee Knight, who is recovering from a hamstring injury, did not feature for Ashton United.
