Winger Lee Knight was on target for Ashton United on his debut on Saturday.
The youngster netted at the back post to pull a goal back for Ashton United who were trailing 2-0 at the time. Ashton went on to grab an equaliser in the last minute to seal a draw against Halesowen Town.Defender Jamie Stott helped his Curzon Ashton side to a win and clean sheet this weekend as they beat Nuneaton Town 1-0. Stott played the full 90 minutes as Curzon pulled clear of the relegation places.
George Edmundson grabbed an assist for his Alfreton Town side but could not prevent them losing 4-3 to FC United of Manchester on Saturday. Kallum Mantack also played the full 90 minutes in the game.
Young winger Danny Byrnes did not feature for Colwyn Bay.
