Head of recruitment Lee Turnbull has left Oldham Athletic and joined fellow Sky Bet League One side Scunthorpe United.
Turnbull played a huge part in bringing players to the club this summer and manager Stephen Robinson wanted to thank him for his services.He said: “Lee has been great for us. Obviously Lee is from Scunthorpe and he’s accepted a job which was hard for him to refuse.
“Lee was travelling two hours to get here from Scunthorpe every day so I totally understand his decision.
"We thank Lee for what he has done for us, he has been a super help since I walked through the door and he is vastly experienced in the game so we wish Lee all the best.”
The club would like to thank Lee for his services and wish him well for the future.
