Join Us In Our Family & Community Stand Tomorrow

There is a variety of activities going on in the Family and Community section on Saturday as Oldham Athletic face Wigan Athletic.

Jens Creations will be based within the Family Stand offering free face painting up until the end of the first half.

In addition to the face painting, we will be celebrating “world selfie day”. There are competitions to create your own selfies. The OACT selfie board will be around the stand, please feel free to take a selfie and upload it to twitter tagging in “@OACT”. There will also be the usual activities such as air-hockey and jenga.

Fresh fruit will be available from the tuck shop alongside the hot food options which includes a kids meal deal option.

As usual Chaddy The Owl will be around the stand, if you see him be sure to ask for a picture.

Mascots

For Saturday’s game, Oldham Athletic would like to welcome Billy Davidson who will be the Oldham Athletic mascot for the day. Ahead of the day let’s find out some more information on the mascot:

Bench Buddy

Saturday’s bench buddy will be selected from the OACT holiday club which is running during the summer holidays.

JD Williams Matchday Club

The JD Williams Matchday Club will once again by offering an opportunity for young football fans to experience an OAFC matchday in a unique way.

The matchday club runs 12:30-17:30 and includes a complimentary match ticket which will see matchday clubbers watch the game from the family and community section supervised by the OACT staff.

JD Williams Team Of The Week

Whitworth Valley U11s will be the first team of the week for the new season. They will be on the pitch at half-time so give them a wave if you see them.

Oldham Athletic Academy Bucket Collection

Representatives from the Oldham Athletic Academy will be around the ground prior to the game raising money for the youth department.

The Alzheimer’s Society were collecting at the Oxford United fixture – in total £389.10 was raised. On behalf of the Alzheimer’s Society thank you to everyone who donated.
