Lee Collins will be the man in charge of Saturday’s Sky Bet League One game against Plymouth Argyle.
In his seven games in charge this season, Collins has handed out 23 yellow cards and one red.
Collins last officiated Latics in the 2-0 FA Cup first round replay against Mansfield Town in 2015.
He will be assisted by Ronald Ganfield and Matt Eva whilst Richard Hulme will be Saturday's fourth official.
