Supporters will be able to watch the pre-season friendly against Salisbury FC this evening for free via the club's official Facebook page.
The decision comes following a successful trial live stream of the Stalybridge Celtic friendly last weekend.
The stream reached an audience of 1.1 million people throughout Saturday.
Head of Media and Communications, Luke Ingram said: "We were extremely pleased with the club's first ever live stream.
"We identified a few minor issues which we hope to have resolved for tonight’s broadcast.
“Once again, we are delighted to give supporters around the world, who may not necessarily be able to attend to opportunity to watch Oldham Athletic for free.”
