Aged 16-18 and looking for a career in sport?
Oldham Athletic Community Trust (OACT) have an apprenticeship vacancy and in partnership with Aspire Academy are seeking applications from hard-working, motivated and ambitious people.
The apprenticeship will be an 18 month job role and will include additional training such as:
- Level 3 Diploma in Supporting the delivery of Physical Education and School Sport
- Level 2 Functional Skills in Maths, English and ICT
- Employee Rights & Responsibilities
- Sports coaching qualifications relevant to the position
- Qualifications required
Level 1 Football Coaching is desirable but not essential.
Skills required
As a minimum candidate’s should be passionate about sport and new experiences working in schools or in a young person’s environment would be a huge benefit. Candidates who are confident, outgoing, good communicator and good interpersonal skills demonstrating the ability to form good working relationships.
