Oldham Athletic fell to their first defeat of pre-season following a 1-2 defeat against La Liga side Girona FC.
Girona opened the scoring 60 seconds into the game through Eloi Amagat.
The captain received the ball inside the penalty area and curled the ball into the far corner giving the goalkeeper no chance.
The visitors made it 0-2 on 15 minutes as Aday Benitez prodded home at the front post after a good save from the Trialist goalkeeper.
Latics were struggling to get hold of the ball but created a number of chances as they searched for a way back into the game.
Cameron Dummigan headed wide on the midway through the half, whilst on the half hour mark, Ollie Banks thundered a shot past the far post.
Aaron Amadi-Holloway headed over just before the half time break as Latics struggled to deal with their Spanish opponents.
A host of changes at the break followed and one of those, Tope Obadeyi almost caught the goalkeeper out on the hour mark but he managed to palm away his effort.
In the final minute of the game, Courtney Duffus was fouled in the penalty area. He picked himself up and sent the goalkeeper the wrong way to make the score 1-2 in the final action of the game.
