Charles Breakspear will be the man in charge of this weekend’s long trip to Southend United.
In his 18 games in charge this season, Breakspear has handed out 71 yellow cards and five reds.
Breakspear has yet to take charge of an Oldham Athletic fixture.
Ian Rathbone and Stuart Butler will assist the referee whilst Stephen Finch will be Saturday's fourth official.
