Supporter Behaviour

27 October 2017

The club would like to thank fans for their passionate support over recent games which have seen us pick up 17 points from a possible 21 on offer.

The support has been excellent, especially at recent away games where just under 1,000 fans cheered the lads on at Bradford City and 694 supporters were at MK Dons.

However, on two recent occasions at home, a minority of supporters have let the club down by encroaching on to the field of play.

Whilst we understand the elation of scoring in the last minute on two occasions, we cannot condone fans entering the pitch over the advertising boards to join in the on-pitch celebrations and the club now faces a possible sanctions by the FA.

The club would like to remind supporters it is an offence to encroach onto the pitch and those found to be doing so could face a possible ban by the football club.

We are keen to stress this is only a minority of fans and we would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone for their recent support of the team.
