Darren Bond will oversee tonight’s Carabao Cup fixture with Derby County.
Bond did not officiate any Oldham Athletic fixtures last season however he did take charge of 40 games dishing out 136 yellows and 8 reds.
Bond has officiated the Sky Bet Championship fixture between Bristol City and Nottingham Forest so far this season.
Mark Jones and Jonathan Hunt will assist the referee whilst Paul Marsden will be the fourth official.
