Striker Duckens Nazon has adapted quickly to life at Oldham Athletic and believes his new side can take the game to their hosts tomorrow afternoon.
Nazon made his debut against Plymouth Argyle two weeks ago, whilst he played 60 minutes in last weekend’s win against Bradford City.
He said: “I made my integration very quick. The lads are good guys and the manager talks to me and gives me confidence so I’m enjoying it at the moment.”
Nazon has partnered striker Craig Davies in both games so far and he is striking up a good relationship with him,
“I like to play with this type of player,” he commented. “I’ve only known him a few weeks but he’s like a big brother.
“He keeps talking to me and he gives me a lot of advice for my career.
“He tries to help me on the pitch as well so hopefully we will do good things together.”
Latics travel to Ewood Park to face Blackburn Rovers this weekend and Nazon is confident.
“At the moment we have nothing to lose,” he said. “We just need points and we are taking it game by game. We just need the three points and we are going there to win the game.
“I played against them with Coventry in the cup. I scored in the game and that was good.
“We were in League Two and they were in League One but we had a lot of chances to win the game. With this team, we can do something on Saturday.”
