Lee Swabey will be the man in charge of Saturday’s Sky Bet League One game against Charlton Athletic.
In his seven games in charge this season, Swabey has handed out 23 yellow cards and one red.
Swabey last officiated Latics in the 1-1 draw with Peterborough United last season.
Kevin Howick and Thomas Ramsey will assist the referee whilst Louis Marks will be Saturday’s fourth official.
