Winger Gevaro Nepomuceno is delighted to sign a new one-year contract with Oldham Athletic.
The 25-year-old was out of contract at the end of last season but has made the decision to sign for the 2018/19 season.
Speaking about the deal, Nepomuceno said: “I feel amazing and I want to be a part of the club and team again for a year.
“With a fresh start we need all the club together and we need to win as many games as we can this season.”
Frankie Bunn is the new man at the helm at Oldham Athletic. “I like him as a person and a coach,” admitted the Curacao international.
“The way he is thinking and the way he wants us to play is a good feeling. I’m happy to be a part of the way he thinks and how he wants to play.”
Pre-season kicked off on Saturday and the winger is getting back into the swing of things.
He said: “It’s not difficult but when you have three or four weeks off and you start again, it’s tough.
“The first couple of days is strong but then your body will go back in good shape so it will be fine.”
