Oldham Athletic have been drawn in Group F in this season’s Checkatrade Trophy.
Latics have been drawn in a group with Sky Bet League One sides Barnsley and Bradford City.
A Premier League under 21 side will be joining the group and that team will be confirmed on Wednesday, July 18.
The following clubs could join Latics in the group stage:

- Manchester City U21
- Middlesbrough U21
- Newcastle United U21
- Stoke City U21
- West Bromwich Albion U21
- Wolverhampton Wanderers U21
