PREVIEW: Latics Travel To Broadhurst Park Tonight

17 July 2018

Oldham Athletic travel to Broadhurst Park to face FC United of Manchester in a pre-season fixture this evening (7.45pm kick off).

Latics have two wins from their opening two pre-season games so far this season.

Following a 1-3 win over Ashton United last Tuesday, Latics followed that up with a 0-2 win against Curzon Ashton on Saturday.

Second half goals from Dan Gardner and Giles Coke secured Athletic the comfortable victory at the Tameside Stadium.

Latics will be without midfielder Ousmane Fane for a sustained period of time after he suffered a broken fibula and a dislocated ankle.

The 24-year-old has been ruled out for four months but manager Frankie Bunn moved quickly to get in a replacement.

He signed midfielder Giles Coke yesterday and he is expected to be part of the side which takes on FC United of Manchester this evening.

The manager will be hoping for more of the same from his squad this evening as he continues to prepare his side for the start of the Sky Bet League Two season.

Here are the ticket prices for tonight’s game:

Adults: £12
Concessions: £7
Juniors: £3

Admission is via payment at the turnstiles and supporters should use turnstiles 9-12 on the Lightbowne Road end of the stadium.

The ground operates a drinking in view policy so supporters can buy a drink at the bars situated around the ground or at our bars in the main stand.

A beer festival is being held at Broadhurst Park this week and will be open to supporters to enjoy tonight.

We look forward to seeing you all there!
