Oldham Athletic are back in action tonight as they take on Notts County at Meadow Lane in the Sky Bet League Two fixture (7:45pm).
Frankie Bunn’s men will be looking to bounce back from Saturday’s 3-2 defeat to Stevenage.
Despite that defeat, Bunn believes that the squad still hold that spirit and togetherness that will help them turn results around.
"We're a group that has been only been together for 17 games and we'll grow together, we'll fight together and fall together." He said.
"The main thing is the spirit is still there and always will be, that is what we set out in stone the first time we met.
"It something we work on continually and we have to be together.
"The club is in transition and we have never hidden away from that fact. We're trying to sort things out and trying to develop."
Everyone involved in Saturday’s game has recovered well with few or no changes expected tonight.
Notts County ended a run of three straight defeats with a 2-2 draw against Port Vale on Saturday.
Latics could come up against a few familiar faces tonight as Notts County have former Oldham players Cedric Evina, Dan Jones, Jon Stead and Lewis Alessandra in their ranks.
However, Stead faces a late fitness test for tonight’s game after being missing from the squad on Saturday.
Latics haven’t played Notts County since 2015 in which we ran out 3-0 winners in a Johnstone’s Paint Trophy clash thanks to goals from George Elokobi, Amari Morgan-Smith and Jonathan Forte.
However, our last win at Meadow Lane came back in April 2011 in a 0-2 win with goals from Jason Lowe and Reuben Reid.
Oldham Athletic are priced at 6/4 to beat Notts County with Sky Bet.
