Oldham Athletic's Youth Team take on Sunderland U18 in the Second Round of the FA Youth Cup tonight (7pm kick off).
The winner of match, which takes place at Eppleton Colliery Welfare ground, will face Everton U18 in the Third Round of the competition.
Latics will be without midfielder Harry Robinson, who has been called up by his national team to take part in their U19 Euro qualifiers.
The Youth Team will be looking to continue their unbeaten run which currently stands at seven games.
Interim Academy Manager Peter Wild said: “The players are playing with a lot of confidence, Chris (Millington) and I are really happy with the way they all apply what we do in training into the games.
“You can see our style of play and the structure within the side which is just as important as the results.”
