Oldham Athletic manager Frankie Bunn has confirmed midfielder Jose Baxter has sustained ligament damage.
Baxter was stretchered off during the win over Hampton and Richmond Borough on Monday night.
Following an initial assessment it is expected that he will be out with the injury for six to eight weeks.
