Enjoy Your Day And Act Responsibly

24 November 2018

Oldham Athletic Football Club are reminding supporters to act responsibly during today’s match against Tranmere Rovers.

Those without a ticket should not to travel as they will not gain entry to Prenton Park.

We hope those that do have a ticket for the game enjoy their day and back the team from the first whistle.

Over 1,300 Latics’ fans are set to make the trip and supporters are urged to arrive at the stadium in good time due to the large attendance this afternoon.

We would also like to send a reminder that fans must not encroach onto the playing surface, discharge smoke canisters or act in an irresponsible manner which may harm the excellent reputation of the vast majority of Oldham Athletic supporters.

Oldham Athletic Football Club condemns any act that places the safety of spectators at risk and have a zero-tolerance stance on this matter.

The Football Association have the power to impose heavy sanctions, including financial penalties on clubs whose supporters behave irresponsibly, and the club will have no choice but to issue banning orders to anyone found guilty of committing offences such as those referred to.

Thank you for your support and co-operation.

Enjoy your day and come one, Latics!
