Tonight's Fixture To Highlight Stonewall's Rainbow Laces Campaign

27 November 2018

Tonight's Sky Bet League Two match against Lincoln City will be highlighting Stonewall's Rainbow Laces campaign.

As a club we will show our continued support for LGBT fans, players and staff across the game with rainbow captain’s armbands, laces, programme advert and PA announcements.

We also believe this campaign should be visible for more than just one match and have taken the decision to make our rainbow corner flags a permanent feature at Boundary Park.

Stonewall’s Rainbow Laces campaign is in support of LGBT equality with a key theme for this year focused on creating more allies to LGBT people in sport.

The EFL’s support for Rainbow Laces forms part of its wider LGBT work delivered in conjunction with Clubs through the Equality Code of Practice. This includes delivering activities, setting policies, and advising on recruitment and education at Clubs.

Football has the power to bring everyone together, football is everyone's game
