Oldham Athletic Football Club and Community Trust (OACT) are delighted to announce a special Grassroots Clubs’ matchday.
Latics face Bury on Saturday, December 15 (3pm kick off) and the match will be dedicated to showcasing the local clubs throughout the borough.
There will also be the opportunity for local clubs to take advantage of a unique Christmas ticket offer courtesy of OACT, enabling local children to come to Boundary Park for free to enjoy a live football match as well as cheering on Oldham Athletic.
The ticket offer is limited, with a minimum order of 10 junior complimentary tickets per club. Each complimentary child ticket must be sold with an accompanying adult ticket at the special price of £10.
Tickets are valid for any home stand within the ground. Each club must nominate one person to be in sole charge of the bookings on behalf of that club.
There is a limited number of tickets for the day and once the allocation has been sold unfortunately no more will be available.
Martin Vose, OACT Head Of Community added: “I would like to thank the football club for supporting this initiative, without their involvement it wouldn’t be possible.
“The grassroots day is all about getting local teams to come down to Boundary Park and to celebrate how successful grassroots football is in Oldham.
“We would love to see hundreds of children at the fixture helping to create a fantastic atmosphere.”
The grassroots day is limited to those teams currently playing U11s football and below.
