Oldham Athletic Update Customer Charter

Oldham Athletic have recently reviewed and updated the customer service charter in line with EFL requirements.

The update saw the introduction of an administration charge for season tickets holders moving seats for a specific match.

The club took the decision to introduce this following a review which found the ticket office and it’s availability on matchdays under pressure from supporters requesting to move seats.

In an attempt to make the service at the ticket office more efficient as well as taking into account the staff required to carry our seat move requests, the administration fee was introduced.

After a further review and listening to supporters, the club have now taken the immediate step to amend this charge.

It will now be free of charge for a season ticket holder to move their seat for a specific game on non-matchdays only. Supporters can do so in person at the ticket office or over the phone.

If a supporter visits the ticket office or calls to relocate their seat on the day of a match they will be liable for a £5 charge per transaction. A transaction may involve more than one ticket being moved at the same time but this will remain as a £5 charge for the full transaction.
