Lee Swabey will be the man in charge when Oldham Athletic take on Colchester United this Saturday in the Sky Bet League Two fixture (3pm).
So far this season Swabey has brandished 90 yellow cards and seven red cards in 25 games.
He last officiated an Oldham Athletic fixture in January 2018 in a 1-0 away defeat at Charlton Athletic.
Kevin Howick and Hristo Karaivanov will assist the referee whilst Paul Kelly will be the fourth official.
