Martin Coy will be the man in charge when Oldham Athletic take on Swindon Town this Saturday in the Sky Bet League Two fixture at Boundary Park (3pm).
So far this season Coy has brandished 90 yellow cards and two red cards in 32 games.
He has officiated two Oldham Athletic fixtures this season including the 0-2 win at Morecambe in August.
Ian Smedley and Barry Gordon will assist the referee, with Chris Isherwood as the fourth official.
