Ben Toner will be the man in charge when Oldham Athletic travel to Cheltenham Town on Good Friday (3pm).
So far this season Toner has brandished 106 yellow cards and six red cards in 34 games.
He has officiated two Oldham Athletic fixtures this season which were the reverse game against Cheltenham and the 1-1 draw with Lincoln City.
Andrew Laver and Christopher Husband will assist the referee, with Paul Lister as the fourth official.
