Craig Hicks will be the man in charge when Oldham Athletic travel to Newport County tomorrow in the Sky Bet League Two fixture (7:45pm).
So far this season Hicks has brandished 109 yellow cards and five red cards in 38 games.
He has officiated one Oldham Athletic fixture this season which was the 0-0 draw with Swindon Town back in September.
Craig Taylor and Kevin Morris will assist the referee, with Lee Swabey as the fourth official.
