Defender Jack Grundy has joined Mossley FC on a month's work experience.
The Academy Captain will link up with the Lilywhites over the busy festive period playing in the Northern Premier League North West division.
Jack previously had a spell out on loan last season at Baronoldswick Town as well as being involved in the First Team preparations in recent games this campaign.
The second-year scholar makes the total to six now who are currently out on loan from Boundary Park.
With Andy Hackett, Charley Leech and Ryan Pickford all at Winsford United, whilst Reece Gaskell and Lewis McKinney are playing for Runcorn Linnets and have extended their stay.
As mentioned previously, the Academy department have a strategy in place to give the scholars the best possible chance of gaining a professional contract at Oldham Athletic.
The club would like to wish Jack all the best whilst out on loan too.
