Darren Handley will be in charge for the Sunday fixture tomorrow when Salford City visit Boundary Park for the first time (3pm).
Handley who operates in Sky Bet League One and Two has officiated 18 games this season, handing out 68 cautions and six red cards.
This will be his first time refereeing a game involving both teams and his last fixture before Christmas was his first where no cards were given this season.
He will be assisted by Simon Clayton and Craig Taylor with Gareth Mellor as the Fourth Official.
