Latics will be looking to bounce back from a 2-0 defeat at Swindon last weekend when Crawley Town come to Boundary Park tomorrow (3pm KO).
Oldham are unbeaten in three in the league at home whilst Crawley are yet to pick up maximum points on the road this season.

Latics’ defeat at Swindon was the first time since the 19th of October that they have lost in league action whereas Crawley have won none of their last six games across all competitions.

The two sides have faced off against each other eight times with Oldham Athletic winning half of them, two draws and Crawley winning twice.
Oldham did the double over Crawley last season including an impressive 3-0 win away from home.

Three goals in the last quarter of an hour sealed Athletic’s first win since New Year’s Day. Branger-Engone started the scoring with a brilliantly executed free-kick and then with just four minutes of time left Zak Dearnley doubled the lead with a debut goal. The scoring was complete four minutes into added time with Gevaro Nepomuceno netting.
League Story So Far
The Red Devils are 16th in the Sky Bet League Two table, three points above Oldham going into the game.
Crawley enjoyed a solid start to their league season, winning three of their opening six league matches. However, since then, they have won just two of their 15 games since then and find themselves without a win in the league since they beat Colchester united 2-1 on the 12th of October.
Crawley don’t look to be in any danger of drama at either end of the table, they are 11 points outside of the playoffs and eight points of the relegation spot.
What We Said
Dino Maamria: "I actually like playing the consecutive games because it keeps you focused and fresh.
"I always say, take it one game at a time. Yes, the batch is five games in the two week period. You have to plan well for them and make sure that your training schedule is the right one for the players. You have to give the players enough breathing space as well to keep them ready for these games.
"I’ve done physical work with the players these last few weeks when we had a free week. Now we have to focus on the technical part of the game. But we will take it one game at a time and its Crawley at home this week."
What They Said
John Yems: "It’ll be tough up there, they’re a good side Oldham but there’s no easy games and this definitely isn’t going to be an easy one.
"Goals win you games, we can only do what we do and if we keep playing the way we have and the lads improve, you’ve got to be happy with it."
He continued: "Everybody works hard in training deserves to get picked, there’s four of five games so you might lose one or two, hopefully we don’t and then it’s down to the lads as soon as they get their chance to try and keep the shirt. That’s what its all about."
Watch Out For
Beryly Lubala – Town are struggling for goals at present but if there’s anyone who can help ease these worries it's Beryly Lubala.
Lubala joined the Red Devils in the summer after departing Birmingham City.
He made an immediate impact at Broadfield Stadium, scoring in each of his new side’s first four league games.
The Congo born forward was a regular member of Birmingham’s matchday squad last season but only made four substitute appearances for the Blues, failing to register a goal.
In The Dugout
In the away dugout at Boundary Park will be John Yems.
Yems was appointed as Head Coach of the Red Devils on the December 5th 2019 after the departure of Gabriele Cioffi and has so far overseen two games as boss, both resulting in goalless draws.
The experienced individual, who has had many different roles in football throughout his career, was part of a three-man team of caretaker managers at the Broadfield Stadium in 2006 after Crawley dismissed John Hollins.
