Graham Salisbury will be the man in charge when Latics take on Crewe Alexandra this Saturday at Boundary Park (3pm).
So far this season Salisbury has brandished 94 yellow cards and three red cards in 25 games.
He last officiated an Oldham Athletic fixture last season in the 5-1 win over Northampton Town in December 2017.
Barry Gordon and Matthew Parry will assist the referee whilst Gary Hilton will be the fourth official.
