Andy Haines will be the man in charge when Latics take on Morecambe this Tuesday at Boundary Park (7:45pm).
So far this season Haines has brandished 88 yellow cards and four red cards in 28 games.
He has officiated two Oldham Athletic fixtures this season, including the 3-1 home win over Macclesfield Town in August.
David Avent and Natalie Aspinall will assist the referee whilst Eddie Ilderton will be the fourth official.
