Oldham Athletic can confirm that Jordan Lyden has returned to Aston Villa following his loan spell.
The midfielder, who joined the club on a short-term loan in summer, has gone back to his parent club.
The 22-year-old made 14 appearances, scoring on one occasions for the club in all competitions.
