A reminder ahead of the 2019/20 season, the club will need consent again for all young persons (14-17) looking to travel on the official supporters’ coach.

The consent forms can either be downloaded and emailed to supporter.services@oldhamathletic.co.uk

Or handed in at the Ticket Office where additional forms can also be printed and collected if necessary.
The forms are only for young persons unaccompanied. Those travelling with adults do not need to fill this out.
For those who filled out a consent form for the previous season will still be required to fill one for this campaign.
Please be aware that consent forms must be handed/sent to the Ticket Office well before the coach leaves.
For a Saturday game, consent forms must be filled out by the Friday at 3pm and for Tuesday games it must be done for Monday 3pm.
