Oldham Athletic are delighted to announce that Paul Murray returns to the club as Academy Manager.
Murray has experiences working in both academy and first-team coaching roles which include spells at Carlisle United, Fleetwood and Latics under Lee Johnson in 2014.
He spent three and a half years as a player with Latics and made 95 appearances for the club, becoming a fans’ favourite at Boundary Park.
“I’m delighted to be back here at Boundary Park, it's a great club and I know what people expect around here." He said.
"I can't wait to get started and meet the young players we have, it's important we try and develop these lads to be the best that they can be."
Welcome back to Latics, Paul!
Paul begins his role at Boundary Park on Friday 19 July, with an official club interview to be conducted in the coming weeks.
