Other awards to be announced on the night include the AmazeRealise Family Club of the Year, Checkatrade Community Club of the Year, LFE Apprentice of the Year, YouGov Sport Supporter of the Year, PFA Player in the Community and the Community Education Football Alliance (CEFA) Players of the Season.
The Sir Tom Finney Award and Contribution to League Football award, alongside the inaugural Screwfix Moment of the Season, will be announced on the night, whilst the 2018 Hawk-Eye Goal of the Year will be voted for by those in attendance on the night.
The club are extremely proud that George has been recognised by his peers and are delighted he'll be at the awards ceremony to collect his accolade.
This is testament to the season he has had, showing his development and maturity playing every minute of all the 46 games the club has had in all competitions during the 2018/19 campaign.
Keeping twelve clean sheets, the 21 year-old centre-back has scored once so far against Cambridge at home, assisted a last minute winner at Boundary Park over Crawley Town and capatined the side under Pete Wild at MK Dons.
From everyone at the club, congratulations George!
