Lee Swabey will be the man in charge when Oldham Athletic take on Mansfield Town on Saturday at the One Call Stadium (3pm).
Swabey has officiated 10 games so far this season brandishing 28 yellow cards and one red card.
He last officiated an Oldham Athletic fixture in the 0-2 away win at Colchester Untied back in April.
Anthony Moore and Andrew Aylott will assist the referee, with Wayne Grunnil as the fourth official.
