Oldham Athletic Community Trust (OACT) and The National Football Museum have launched a brand new partnership, which will have a beneficial impact to schools across Oldham.
The National Football Museum will link with OACT to enhance the Premier League Primary Stars delivery, in particular the maths element of the project. In addition, exclusive opportunities will be available to OACT school partners across the year.
Martin Vose, OACT Head Of Community, commented: "We are delighted to link with The National Football Museum, a fantastic facility which lies on the doorstep for our community in Oldham.
"By working with this world class organisation we will be able to further enhance opportunities to local schools, and their pupils, ranging from visits to actual delivery within schools."
Christian Allen, Learning & Communities Manager, said: "The National Football Museum is committed to learning as part of our social mission and therefore we are delighted to support Oldham Athletic Community Trust and their school partners with exclusive learning opportunities.
"We look forward to welcoming school visits from OACT to the museum this academic year to engage them with the heritage of the game.”
