Will Finnie will be the man in charge when Oldham Athletic take on Plymouth Argyle on Saturday at Home Park (3pm).
Finnie officiated 27 games last season handing out 100 yellow cards and 11 red cards.
This season he’s been in charge of three games, Scunthorpe United vs Swindon Town, Cheltenham Town vs Carlisle United and Grimsby Town vs Port Vale.
Finnie has never officiated an Oldham Athletic fixture.
Thomas Harty and Ravel Cheosiaua will assist the referee, with Louis Marks as the fourth official.
