The opening games in the 2020/21 competition are now being organised.

Fixtures in the North Group F are as follows with a slight change in the kick-off time for the final group fixture.

Despite a provisional date in September, the Wolves game is still to be confirmed due to recent international call-ups for their squad.

Premier League U21 sides will always play away as per the rules over the last few seasons, with the competition split into northern and southern sections with invited clubs joining Sky Bet League One and Two Clubs in one of eight groups.

The competition format remains unchanged, however, the title sponsorship with Leasing.com has come to an end so the competition will revert back to the EFL Trophy.

Last season Bradford finished the bottom of their group whilst Doncaster and Wolves finished second going through to the knockout stages. Both clubs were then beaten at the first time of asking in Round Two by the same scoreline of 3-0.

Broadcast and streaming details for the round-robin matches will be announced for the EFL Trophy in due course.
