Robinson, Sefil & Zabret All Leave Latics

3 February 2020

Oldham Athletic can confirm that Harry Robinson and Sonhy Sefil have both left the club with Gregor Zabret returning to Swansea City.

Robinson came through the academy setup, making his professional debut in Latics’ 2-0 win against Notts County in January 2019 before signing a professional deal in the summer.

He recently spent some time back home on loan with Crusaders in Belfast and has been capped for the Northern Ireland national team at youth level.

Sefil joined Latics in January 2019 and he made four appearances as well as having a loan spell with Ashton United.

Whilst, Zabret arrived at Boundary Park in the summer and started in goal twice for Latics during the EFL Trophy group games as well as an additional appearance in the County Cup at Barrow. The goalkeeper has now returned to his parent club Swansea who came to an agreement to terminate his contract.

The club would like to wish Harry, Sonhy and Gregor the best of luck in their future careers as they search for more regular football elsewhere.
