A reminder of the details surrounding 2019/20 ticket refunds.
The following four options are available;
Option 1: If you do not want a refund and wish to donate it back to the club then you will be entered into a prize draw to win one of the following:
For those who wish to choose 'Option 1', can do so by emailing the Managing Director at firstname.lastname@example.org. This is so the club can thank you personally for the funds that will help the club considerably through this pandemic.
If you do wish to proceed with a refund, three more options have been created for you to take advantage of and are as follows;
Option 2: Each Season Ticket holder can opt to receive eight (8) additional home match tickets to league games of their choice for friends and family for next season (2020/21 campaign) - you must have already purchased a season ticket or do so before the 30th July 2020 to qualify.
Option 3: A pro-rata reduction (five (5) games) on the price of your 2020/21 season ticket that can be applied when renewing. If you have already renewed, a refund will be made via your payment method.
Option 4: A direct refund based on the pro-rata cost of your season ticket for the five (5) games that didn't take place at Boundary Park.
Payments will be processed in August to help the club in the current climate and please note that the Managing Director is working through all the emails received from supporters on their preferred option.
For those who are still yet to contact the club, please do so via email email@example.com by the 30th July 2020. Those who do not contact the club before this deadline, we will assume your preferred option is to forgo your refund, donate it to the club and take part in the prize draw (Option 1).
