The Second Round fixture at Bradford City will stay on the Saturday but has still been chosen for broadcast.
Taking place at Valley Parade behind-closed-doors, Latics will travel across to West Yorkshire once more to play a familiar opponent in front of the cameras.
Selected for live single-camera broadcast on BBC digital platforms. The FA live broadcast fee for these fixtures is £12,500 per club.
The fixture will remain on Saturday 28 November 2020 with a 3pm kick-off and will be settled on the day with no replays, going straight to extra time and penalties if needed.
It will be live on the BBC digital platforms which includes the BBC Sport website and BBC iPlayer app.
Winning clubs in the Emirates FA Cup Second Round Proper will receive £25,500 of the FA's prize pot, with the losers getting £8,500.
